Name, email, phone number, business name and type, service area, services offered, current website URL, and any additional information provided in the intake form, contact form, or Scout application.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store credit card numbers, CVV, or full payment details. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Stripe.

2.3 Scout Applicants

Scout applications collect name, contact information, city, state, and Stripe account status. W-9 information is collected separately via Zoho Sign for contractor compliance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your order
• Write custom copy for your deliverable
• Communicate about your order status
• Onboard and manage Scout contractors
• Maintain records for legal and accounting purposes

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, advertising profiles, or behavioral tracking.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only with: Stripe (payment processing), FormSubmit.co (contact form routing), Zoho One (CRM, accounting, contractor management), and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Personal and order information retained for seven (7) years following order completion for legal and accounting compliance. Scout contractor records retained per IRS requirements. Data deletion requests submitted to info@levelzerobuild.com will be honored to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
