Our Commitment

Level Zero LLC and all Level Zero Agent Program program participants are required to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7701) and all applicable anti-spam laws. We do not send unsolicited bulk commercial email and do not permit Agents to do so on our behalf.

Agent Outreach Requirements

All Agent outreach must comply with the following requirements: honest subject lines that accurately describe the email content; clear identification of the sender; a valid physical address; immediate honoring of any opt-out or unsubscribe request; no false or misleading header information.

Opt-Out

If you have received an email referencing Level Zero Build and wish to opt out of future contact from the Agent who sent it, reply directly to that email requesting removal. If you wish to report a CAN-SPAM violation by an Agent, contact us at info@levelzerobuild.com with the subject line "CAN-SPAM Report."
