If your delivered build does not pass our own 30-point structural checklist, we rebuild it at no additional cost until it does. We apply our own standard to every build before delivery. The guarantee exists because we are confident the build will pass — but if it does not, the remedy is a rebuild, not a refund, because work will have commenced on your specific business.
